Expertise

Jiří specializes mainly in civil law, commercial law, real estate law and construction law matters. Jiří has extensive experience advising international developers in matters ranging from property acquisitions, commercial and residential construction projects and the development and operation of shopping centres. Aside from real estate law, he advises the clients in the area of contractual obligations and represents clients in proceedings before civil courts and administrative authorities. In his practice, Jiří also advises on administrative law and labour law matters.
