Expertise

Martin has extensive experience in the field of commercial law, especially real estate law (acquisition, construction, management and sale of commercial real estate including sales, office and logistics centers), related financing and corporate law. A substantial part of Martin's activities also includes contracts, corporate compliance measures, representation before courts, arbitration tribunals and administrative bodies, insolvency proceedings, intellectual property rights, labor law, personal data regulators and general business-law and civil law advice.

In addition to the above, Martin has long been involved in pro bono counseling for the benefit of disadvantaged people.
