Expertise

Jan provides advisory services in the areas of ivil and commercial law. In particular, he specializes in banking and finance law, corporate law, real estate law, insolvency law, media law and information technology law. Jan has extensive experience in structured finance and advising on residential and non-residential development projects and Internet services. A large part of Jan's activity is taken by contract work. In his practice he also deals with family law and labour law and acts on behalf of clients in court proceedings and administrative authorities.
