Expertise

Jaroslav focuses primarily on real estate law, corporate law and construction law. He has extensive experience in advising on the structuring,  negotiation and consummation of real estate transactions, including the sale and acquisition of residential development projects and residences. He also provides ongoing legal services to real estate agents. Before co-founding HSBN, Jaroslav maintained a successful private practice for over a decade.
