Martin Heřmánek specializes in business, corporate, real estate and construction law, as well as  finance law, mergers and acquisitions and litigation. Martin  has experience as well in corporate and M&A transactions involving international components. A substantial part of Martin’s practice includes the making of contractual documentation in the fields of civil and commercial law. Martin has significant experience advising on the structuring and financing of development projects, and the operation of all types of commercial and residential projects, through the stages of preparations, construction, operation and, ultimately, the final sale of the projects. Martin also provides legal advice in labour, family and administrative law.
